"Hank" Lobdell
Partner
Hank has over 18 years of experience in the real estate
arena. Majority of his career has been in multi-family
and commercial property management. He has worked side
by side with owners, financial institutions and developers
to maximize the success of their portfolios.
Hank moved to Raleigh in 2004 when he was recruited to
be a Regional Vice President for one of the largest property
management firms in the nation. He has a Bachelor of
Arts degree from Saint Leo College and a Master’s
of Business Administration from Loyola University of
Chicago.

Mary
Hobson Lobdell
Partner
Mary has always delivered service with a smile during
her 20 plus years of experience in commercial real estate.
In the beginning, Mary developed her niche in tenant
representation and since then has expanded to represent
owners and developers. Her wide range of tenant contacts
allows Mary to maximize the value of owners' properties.
From educating small entrepreneurs to facilitating multisite
national accounts, Mary creates results through her focus
and knowledge of the business.
Shortly after finishing her education at the University
of North Carolina at Wilmington Mary obtained her North
Carolina Real Estate license. She is an active member
of the International Council of Shopping Centers and
the Broker in Charge for Capital Commercial Realty.

Gary Becker
Gary grew up in the metropolitan New York area and received an MBA degree from the University of Virginia. After graduation, Gary enjoyed a distinguished career in the Marketing field that culminated in his position as Vice President of Marketing for the Ertl Toy Company. Gary has a keen sensitivity for understanding and responding to customer needs, and it is his business experience and customer service training that helped pave the way for a successful transition into commercial real estate in 2002.
Prior to joining Capital Commercial Realty, Gary worked for Pyramid Brokerage Company, which is upstate New York's largest commercial real estate firm, and Powell Properties. He has extensive experience working with both Landlord/Owner and Tenant/Buyer representation. Gary is a graduate of the Cary Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Cary program, is a member of the Cary - McGregor Rotary Club, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Walden Creek Homeowners Association.

Janet
Gray Raab
Executive Assistant
Janet brings over 20 years experience in executive administration
and 6 years multifaceted experience in real estate development
and property financing. She has extensive, specialized
experience in closing tax credit and tax-exempt bond
deals and in coordinating the performance of the due
diligence process for various financial lenders and syndicators.
A Raleigh resident and graduate of Peace College, Janet
has an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and an Associates
Degree in Business Administration. She is currently studying
to obtain her real estate brokers' license.

Carla Olive
Carla Olive is an Apex, North Carolina native who has worked with commercial property and property management since 2000. Previously
Carla assisted and coordinated the leasing and management of two separate projects in Southern Wake County totaling approximately 44,000
square feet. Carla's focus and desire is to become highly efficient in landlord and tenant representation as well as the development of
raw land.
With a bachelors degree in Business Management from East Carolina University, Carla aspires to utilize her past commercial management
experience and build a strong portfolio of clients. Carla’s focused enthusiasm makes her a great addition to Capital Commercial
Realty.

Sheila Shang
Sheila Shang is originally from Minnesota and has lived in Raleigh since 1988. Prior to joining Capital Commercial Realty, Sheila has
spent the past 10 years working with numerous fortune 500 companies as a marketing and research facilitator. Her transition into
commercial real estate with her strong business background and drive for customer satisfaction will enable her to hit the ground
running.
Sheila brings a unique perspective along with her dynamic spirit and creative style to Capital Commercial. She has a passion for
working with business owners of all types. Sheila's focus and desire is to become highly efficient in tenant and landlord
representation as well as the development of raw land.

Nathaniel
Pettiford
Nathaniel has over 9 years experience
in the real estate industry including property management,
brokerage services, and development advisory services.
Throughout his career he has led marketing, management,
and business development efforts working on both commercial
and residential properties.
Prior to joining Capital
Commercial Realty, Nathaniel was Principal Broker of
Pettiford Realty a commercial real estate firm based
in Durham, NC offering general brokerage and development
services. Nathaniel has experience in working with
developers, property owners, national capital investment
firms and local business owners; providing a high level
of integrity and professionalism no matter who the
client may be. Nathaniel attended St. Augustine’s
College and currently serves on the Board of Directors
of both AAREPNC (African American Real Estate Professionals
of NC) and the Triangle Business League (TBL). Nathaniel
is also an active member of NAIOP (National Association
of Industrial & Office Properties) serving as an
Executive Board Member of NAIOP’s Research Triangle
Chapter of Developing Leaders.
