Capital Commercial Realty announces additional 2009 completed deals!
Capital Commercial Realty represented Ichibar Japanese Restaurant at Kildaire Plaza, Absolute Phytness at Peachtree Market, and Sung China at Creekside Crossing.
On the Landlord Representation side, Capital Commercial completed deals bringing Rainbow Garden to Reedy Creek Plaza, Toreros Mexican Restaurant to Oak Creek Village, Palsie’s Popcorn to Wakefield Commons, Edward Jones to Bellemont Station, and Swasdee Thai, H&L Enterprises, Kadhai India, Goodnight Sleep Store and a tailor shop to Pleasant Valley.
Additionally, Capital Commercial represented Dr. Paul Krasner on the purchase of his new office condo in Cary, NC.

Mary Lobdell Named Power Broker!
Mary Lobdell, Broker-In-Charge of Capital Commercial Realty, has been named a Raleigh/Durham 2008 CoStar Power Broker for retail leasing activity by the CoStar Group.
Award criteria includes measurement against all commercial real estate brokers in the Triangle Region and is based on overall retail leasing transaction volume to 2008.
